Product Questions


Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are proudly manufactured and fulfilled in the United States. This allows us to offer fast and FREE shipping to the US. We use the best materials from the US and employee local workers who are passionate and customer focused!

Are your metal signs weatherproof?

Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades! However, if a metal sign is ordered in our Silver finish, it can rust if left in the elements for extended periods of time.

Why does my item look different than expected?

We make every effort to accurately display all of our designs and products. Please note that some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

Can I request new designs?

If you have any design ideas or requests, please feel free to email us: support@prosteeldecor.com. We strive to make all your ideas come to life. Pricing of your custom designs will vary due and it is therefore best to reach out to our support team and we will be in touch with a quote.


Shipping & Fulfillment


How long will it take to fulfill orders?

*Please allow 4 - 7 days for your product to be personalized, lazer-cut, cleaned, powder coated, quality checked and safely packaged.

Once your product has been handmade and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. In rare instances, there may be a delay of the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay. *The total time from ordering to receiving your order is approximately 7 - 12 business days (production + shipping time).

What if an item arrives damaged?

Contact our support team for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Please include a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible.


Returns & Exchanges


Do You Accept Returns?

Due to our items being personalized and made-on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns. If your item is damaged or faulty, we will certainly review the product and offer a full refund or replacement.

Can my customers cancel orders or make changes?

We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days. You have up to six hours from when the order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order, however please reach out as soon as possible and we will always try and accomodate your requests.
