Shipping Policy
The following Shipping Policy applies to all products produced by ProSteel Decor.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
USA Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping for all our US orders!
We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS as shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipment's destination, and our defined shipping method for the specified item(s).
Please allow 4 - 7 days for your product to be personalized, lazer-cut, cleaned, powder coated, quality checked and safely packaged.
Once your product has been handmade and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. In rare instances, there may be a delay of the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay.
The total time from ordering to receiving your order is approximately 7 - 12 business days (production + shipping time).
International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be considering in early 2022.
Should you (the merchant) or your customers experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at support@prosteeldecor.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Once 7 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds.
